Terms of Service

Last updated: September 15, 2026

The service

Stride is a personal fitness-planning and workout-tracking application connected to a Fitness Coach MCP backend. It provides generated workout plans, exercise information, adaptations, and performance logging. These draft terms describe intended use and require operator and legal review before use as a final agreement.

Your account and responsibilities

Google sign-in associates your activity with your fitness-coach customer account. Use only an account you are authorized to access, protect your Google credentials, and provide accurate training information. You are responsible for deciding whether any suggested activity is appropriate for you. Do not submit another person’s private information without authorization.

Fitness guidance is not medical advice

Stride does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional or personal trainer. Generated guidance can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Consult a qualified professional before exercise when appropriate, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or other concern. Stop exercising if you experience pain or concerning symptoms. Do not use this service for emergencies.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, impersonate customers, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Automated and MCP usage must respect the backend’s access controls. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Your information and third-party content

You retain any rights you hold in information you submit. The service needs to process and store that information to provide your account and workout functionality, as described in the Privacy Policy. Exercise catalog media and external resources remain subject to their respective owners’ licenses and attribution requirements; displaying them does not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and changes

The service is under active development. Features may change, errors or interruptions may occur, and uninterrupted availability or a particular fitness result is not guaranteed. Sign-in, workout loading, and workout updates require connectivity; the PWA provides only a limited offline public shell. Third-party authentication, hosting, or media services may have their own terms and availability limits.

Stopping use and data requests

You may stop using the app at any time. Signing out or revoking Google access does not automatically delete backend account or workout records. Contact the operator for account and data requests. The service has no self-service deletion screen at present.

Legal review and updates

These drafts do not select a governing jurisdiction, waive mandatory consumer rights, or establish a finalized liability, age-eligibility, or dispute-resolution policy. The operator must confirm those details and any pricing or subscription terms before a public commercial launch. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
